He spent the next 27 years practicing law, primarily in the litigation arena, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In 1991, he made the decision to return home to Colorado and settled on the western slope in Grand Junction. In 1996, he joined the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys and began limiting his practice to estate and wealth planning issues.
